Great doorbell & security camera

Installation of this hardwired doorbell is super easy. Also, video is clear and you have the option to speak with people at the door clearly. I can set the tone and alerts and area that I want to alert me in. Also, during the holidays they have cool greetings you can use for the person that rings to door bell. Great security camera

The installation was a bit overwhelming, but it got it working. The video quality was fair, and motion detection was annoyingly good. However, the audio button confusing as most of the time they thought it was a doorbell. I'm not a fan of having to purchase services to be able to use the ring.

Easy to install

I love my ring doorbell! It was easy to set up, just download the app and watch the video and follow step by step. It picks up movement and visitors without any delay! It’ll even catch animals that like to hang out on my front porch! I love that I can look back at all the saved videos of detection so I never miss anything.

Love the product, however, they just recently went up in price for monitoring services which stinks, but otherwise love the ring doorbell system

Easy installation, but they do snag you into getting monitoring services, video clarity is good, not great if zooming in, but meets my expectations overall

Good, but with flaws

Ive had the ring doorbell camera for a few years now. In the beginning it worked well, and was great. About 6 monts into having it, it stopped capturing everytime someone would walk up to my door. Despite all of the settings being set to pick uo anything and everything. It is hardwired and despite being covered by my porch, it still seems to malfunction. The quality has lso became worse over the years. When I had someone at my door k ocking for 10 minutes, it didnt pick anything up. Only my front outdoor camera did. Despite the person literally being in front of my doorbell. I can no longer recommend this. The only plus, was being able to go back and look at the videos. However, that doesnt help if it doesnt pick up anything even on the highest sensitivity.
