Protecting our family for years !

The best video camera door bell that you can 100% trust. I always get my packages nice and safe and don’t need to worry about glitching in the video recording. Everything has always been up to par. I have had ring cameras for over 5 years now and I will never switch to another brand. Don’t be fooled with other cheapies out there, The Ring is the way to go. Amazing quality in both sound and picture. Easy to install and remove for charging which is only about once every two months for us. Long lasting battery people!!!! Get this ! You will thank me that you did.

I’m obsessed with my ring, I love how easy the ahh is to navigate! I’ve had some friends say that their ring didn’t pick up certain motion, i’ve never had that issue my ring goes off anytime a car, person or animal passes by.

Does what it’s supposed to

It does what it’s supposed to which is alert you when someone is at your door and didn’t ring the bell. You’ll need to set the sensitive lower/higher if you don’t want it going off all the time. Sometimes just a leaf blows by and it goes off. It’s nice but I could live without it.

Depending on where you live, law enforcement may be able to access video footage without a warrant. False Alarms: As with any security system, Ring Cameras are prone to false alarms and recognizing which motion is suspicious and which isn't can be tricky.

Reliable and great tool

It did take professional installation for me but its been 3 years working perfectly now. Never missed a movement and I rely on it heavily to keep an eye on my home. Would repurchase for sure.

Installation was extremely easy. They provided all tools necessary to install the doorbell to my house. They have the option for wired or wireless. I wasn’t sure how to install wired to my home so I just kept wireless. I personally wish battery life for the doorbell was better. Weather does impact the length of battery time on the device. Video quality can be better, I feel like with proper lighting, it’s great. But when it’s darker you can’t really make out much. The app provides me access to all of my video recordings. You do need to purchase a subscription for access to all history if I’m not mistaken. All in all, it’s a great device to have. I love the security it provides. Especially when I am expecting and packages. But like I said, please upgrade battery life or provide some other options instead for log having to buy another product to help.

Easy to use, clear audio and video!

Gen 2 Ring doorbell is easy to install, provides clear and accurate audio and video, and the bronze option is an attractive option on our home. The ring doorbell gives us a sense of security knowing what is going on around our home. The app is very easy to use and the response time and notifications are instantaneous. Wouldn’t go without them!
