I love my ring doorbell it makes me feel safe and protected when I’am home and away from home. That’s the best 99 dallors I’ve ever spent.well worth it.

I bought this after speaking with a work mate. So far it has worked perfectly. Took a little bit to get our zones right but that was more because of the where it was mounted. My wife loves it as she is working from now. We also ended up purchasing a alarm system and are looking at upgrading our cameras now too. Awesome product

Greatest investment ever

I've had my ring doorbell for 3 weeks and it is amazing. The quality is unbelievable. The camera is crystal clear and the audio is clear as clear can be.

Great Alarm system

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it’s awesome. Alerts and videos on point and sharing with other ring neighbors it’s also a good thing is like virtual neighborhoods watch.

Nice Advancement in Electronics

Recently purchased Ring Gen. 2 for our home. The basic installation went very smoothly. Anchors, screws, drill bit and tools were all provided. I see the little box to be located in the existing door chime is no longer required. My chime does not play well with Ring and just makes an obnoxious buzzing sound. Having to purchase a replacement and see if that takes care of the issue.
For a doorbell, the associated App seems way over the top. Trying to set up the App on my phone and my wife's was a bit of a challenge. I was trying to figure out how to quiet the tone, and I wound up killing it off some how. I had to eventually uninstall the App and take another run at it. It seems to be OK but I am not going to mess with silencing it at this time.
A bit more of a challenge than I expected but it does have great features.

I love the video quality, but for some reason if someone rings the doorbell it doesn't always alert us. That is my only concern.

Easy to set up

This was a gift from my niece. So happy she thought of me . I love this. I'm not techy but this was really easy to set. My home is 3 stories so this makes it so easy to see who is at my front door with out having to run downstairs.
