Great first Smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product so far is great . Battery seem to last for a while I had it for a about month now and it's only 93 percent. Wifi feature is pretty useful with adding individual codes for per person and notification when it's unlocked or lock but you need to be a little tech savvy with app and everything. The app interface is simple once you added your lock . Installation is not too difficult but you definitely need to have some knowledge with door knob insulation. Either way the instruction is pretty detailed on what you need to do with insulation and app integration but you need to scan a QR code to get instructions. I'm satisfy with my first Smart lock purchase

Connectivity Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock appears to work fine now. But, that is after many hours of my time trying to get it to connect with WiFi and do the firmware update.
Eventually, it took a new replacement lock before getting things working.
It also dropped WiFi once after that, thereby making me question its reliability.
