[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to install and was purchased to work with my Ring App which was easy to set up. Now I can lock the door from work I'd my kids forget to when they leave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock. My second one. Installation was simple and knowing when my door is locked or unlocked while away from home is a huge positive for me. I can check and lock and unlock my lock from anywhere. Looks and works smoothly. One touch lock is a huge improvement from my old lock.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After paying so much money for this product I had high expectations for how well it would work. The first problem I had was with the Wi-Fi connection. Repeated attempts to get it to connect did not work even though I have a strong signal. I gave up. Just a few weeks later keypad became unresponsive. Right now I'm trying to fix that going back through the setup process. Even if that works, it's inexcusable that it should behave this way after such a short period of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Physical buttons are better than Encode. Battery pack has better contacts. Also better than encode. Also cheaper than Encode.

Love the lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed easier than the lock I replaced and the mechanism works much smoother also. Love the fact that I can lock and unlock from 1000s of miles away. Also like to get notifications when someone locks and unlocks while I’m away and it tells me who uses there code when they open the door from outside. Highly recommend wished I could afford 5 or 6 more
