Great with some reservations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One worked great. The other didn't and would drain batteries in a matter of days. We replaced it with another and haven't had a problem since with that. However, tried and could not get either of them to connect to hubs.

Great option for smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a little difficulty with installation, but overall not too bad. Product is working well so far. I also have a Schlage encode and prefer the individual buttons for each number on this one. It makes it easier to enter the code especially at night. I like that you don’t need anything extra for the WiFi to work (other the wifi network itself).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All right, so here's my honest review after almost one year.
Installing everything was straightforward. If you can work a screwdriver, you can install this with no problem. Getting it set up in the app wasn't too difficult either. I do like the Bluetooth feature which is cool in case your Wi-Fi is down in your home. Now I will say the issue that I had was when it would randomly disconnect from the Wi-Fi. It doesn't happen often but it does happen sometimes and it is an absolute pain in the butt to deal with when it does. I had to essentially start all over when it comes to reconnected to the internet for some reason. Anyway, The interface or buttons for it are standard and don't get sticky or anything. And as far as ripping it off, you're going to need a crowbar for that which is good. Obviously. I mean if a criminal wants to break in, they're going to break in no matter What you have in place. I used longer screws for the striker opening so that way it's harder for someone to kick in the door. For me the most important thing is convenience. If I had to have a contractor come to the house for something and I'm not home, I can either give them a code and set it up through the phone even if I'm not there. Or I can simply unlock the door for them remotely and then just tell them to make sure they lock it when they're done. Or if they forget I can just lock it myself wherever I am.

Great lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the lock myself, and it was quick and easy. I enjoy both the look and features of it. It will be nice to set a new code for cat sitters and such! It makes locking up when I leave much quicker. Can't wait to get the matching handle.

The Worst Battery Life Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this set up for a month and changed the batteries once and just got another critical battery level alert. It takes 4 AA's, so that's currently 12 batteries per month. Looking for a new product to replace.
Otherwise, LOVE the buttons, the backlights, the app, and everything else about the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
