Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After paying so much money for this product I had high expectations for how well it would work. The first problem I had was with the Wi-Fi connection. Repeated attempts to get it to connect did not work even though I have a strong signal. I gave up. Just a few weeks later keypad became unresponsive. Right now I'm trying to fix that going back through the setup process. Even if that works, it's inexcusable that it should behave this way after such a short period of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lock and unlock from anywhere

Installation was simple and knowing when my door is locked or unlocked while away from home is a huge positive for me. I can check and lock and unlock my lock from anywhere. Looks and works smoothly. One touch lock is a huge improvement from my old lock.
