Safe and secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock! The keyless entry is my favorite part - I have a tendency to lock my keys in the house and now that doesn't happen anymore! I simply put in the code and I can get in! It's also nice for my adult kids. They don't need their own key to come and go as they please. I plan to change the code regularly for security purposes, and it seems like that will be an easy task.
So far, I'm really happy with this lock. I come home after a long day at work, the keypad is already lit up for me, so no fumbling for keys. It's so easy to use I wonder why it took me so long to get a motorized lock!
I feel so safe and secure with a great name in locks securing my most valued treasure - my family.

Perfect for the holidays

Recently my stepdaughter came across one of her Christmas presents while looking around the room. Decided to install this smartcode lever to keep her out but allow the adults to enter. Highly recommend if you have kids that like to snoop for their gifts

It was an amazing product until there was multiple parts that werent even in the instructions how yall gonna give me an allen key but it needs torx screw other than that it was decent

We're here to help! The set screws are pre-installed in the shaft. To secure your lever onto the shaft, please follow these steps:
1. Install the lever on the shaft with the door open.
2. Insert the key into the cylinder to Unlock it.
3. Insert the 3/32 Allen wrench into the hole on the bottom of the lever, and rotate the Allen wrench clockwise to tighten the lever.

Extremely Dissapointed

I bought this for a lockable door and im honestly confused and feel scammed yall provided allen key but the screw requires a torx screw almost had a heart attack putting. Together it was making me so mad

1. Install the lever on the shaft with the door open.
2. Insert the key into the cylinder to Unlock it.
3. Insert the 3/32 Allen wrench into the hole on the bottom of the lever, and rotate the Allen wrench clockwise to tighten the lever.

The instructions for installing and programming are very simple to follow. I love the fact that it has a key option also. It really looks great on my door.

It is heavy duty which is really important to me for a lock especially self installed. It especially was easy to install and I really like how multiple numbers can be programmed to open the door.
