Buggy and bad support

The product has lots of bugs, eventually not responding to buttons, which makes it very unreliable for its use case, since I'm now forced to carry the key every time I leave. It's not good for homes with kids as well, since you can't disable passage mode, and it's something kids can enable just by pushing the inside button for some seconds (and your auto-lock will not revert it). I've reached to Yale support some times, and there are always contradicting answers, which make me believe they have no clue about this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had it Installed by Geek Squad. I ordered a bridge so I could access on phone even if not home. Works as I hoped.
