[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always losing my keys, they have a tracker, and seem to always leave them behind. I like the fact that this lock is programmed with numbers so you don’t even need a key for entry. I also needed this for when I go on vacation. I can easily set a number for each individual person as a one time pass key or unlimited entry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only One User Code! (I need 5)

Following the instructions, only one user code can be entered from the programming button.

We're happy to help. The SmartCode 270 can hold up to 50 user codes. To add a second code, please follow these steps:

1. Press the Programming button
2. Press the number 1 button
3. Press the Checkmark
4. Enter the User Code
5. Press the Checkmark

Frustrating purchase

I bought this lock last week and after three days it stopped working. None of the solutions helped and it is still "frozen". I bought a new lock to replace the old kwikset smart lock that died after about 9 months. I think I am done with Kwikset for smart locks.
