I finally got this out of the box & looking forward to trying it ouy. Tried to enter it on the Black & Decker warranty page 0- and wouldn't let me enter the correct model number on the box - SHOULD BE T01785SGC. Why wasn't I allowed to enter the actual model number?????
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice small size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this toaster oven because it was small and much like the one I have that needs to be replaced. It works, but it is incredibly (dangerously?) hot! on the outside. It does not have the "pull out the tray" feature that my other B and D does and I was hoping you would go back to your "set the toast setting once and after that just push the lever" feature. I loved that from 15-20 years ago! This is my 3rd Black and Decker over the years and it seems they are not getting better. I hope this helps for future designs. I do love the size.

This product exceeds my expectations and I am very satisfied with this product. It has just the right amount of basic features for my needs. It is also lightweight and compact which makes it perfect for storage in a kitchen cabinet.
