blade holder not quite as advertised

FMHT10376, the replacement blade, shows images of 2 products. one that the blade is replaceable, and the other is just a replacement top with integrated blade. the place circled in yellow is the same place on both products, and is not the same on both products. the FMHT10361 indicates it comes with FMHT10376, and FMHT10376 shows 2 different products with similar functions. one is a head with the ability to replace blades, the other is a replacement head with integrated blade. i purchased this product for the ability to replace with utility blades, and it does not fulfill that purpose.
