Doesn't work like it should

Only used the knife a few times and am unable to remove the blade. The eject button sticks down but the only way the blade comes out is if you put it in a vice and pull on it. I really like some of my other Lenox tools but this one, not so much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Box Knife EVETR

Best box knife I've every used. When I find them, I buy them for others. I like that it stores 3 blades in the handle and its quick blade change. Smooth blade changes. Angle to blade and handle allows closer cutting when cutting at angle.
