It was like pulling teeth to obtain this device (not all Yale's fault, as Renewal By Andersen had some trouble identifying the needed device), and now I am unable to install it despite many attempts. After multiple contacts with Yale, I have no current prospect for satisfaction.

I purchased a Yale lock with key option and needed a new module and key w/ cylinder. Borh were easy to install and even better, i didn't need the bridge to operate from other locations because the module was set for it already.

I bought the Yale - Assure Lock 2 with this module the did noy sat you have to be within 15 feet with your router ang you have to have 2.4 ghrz NOT 5

It advertise that it’s connects to the apple HomeKit and I have tried multiple times and I always get an error message. Thankfully I already have the google home but why should I have to download a new app if it says it supported by HomeKit?

Poor Connectivity

I had the module with the outlet Connect and switched over to the one with on module Wifi. I get disconnects at least twice a week. I upgrade my home network myself and know what I am doing. This product is no more than 6 feet from my router and somehow gets disconnected very often. I would recommend getting the Connect module if you have a spare plug near by.
