Cannot update the firmware of my lock nor connect with HomeKit. I have tried everything short of declaring this to be garbage. And it's not the only one I bought, thinking the first one was defective...

It was like pulling teeth to obtain this device (not all Yale's fault, as Renewal By Andersen had some trouble identifying the needed device), and now I am unable to install it despite many attempts. After multiple contacts with Yale, I have no current prospect for satisfaction.

The module sent to me does not have the ability to do what I wanted it to do which was to hook it up to the internet. I cannot enter the serial number because that number has more letters in it than appear on the installation screen.

Smart modules last less than a year. Constantly go offline despite good wi-fi signal.
