Great Laminator

I love that this laminator leaves a small footprint because I do not have a lot of room to spare. It heated up very fast, ready to go in one minute. No wrinkles. Very happy it had the quick release lever because the electricity shut off in the middle of a job and used the lever to extract my paper because I wasn't sure what would happen when the electricity came back on. It has done a great job with everything I have tried to laminate. "I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review."

Good Product for Teachers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easier to use than others I have tried. The opening is larger to prevent materials from going sideways and getting bent. The quality of lamination is very good. Materials are sealed, clear and flat. The directions are easy to follow and the machine heats up quickly. I'm a teacher and I plan to use this laminator frequently.

Great Laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Halo 125 Laminator has a lot of quality features that many cheaper laminators do not possess. I love the InstaHeat Technology which allowed me to start laminating within a few minutes. As a teacher, I laminate a lot of items for my classroom so I appreciated the addition of the Jam Release Button just in case something were to get stuck. One of my favorite features was the Auto Shut Off button. I often laminate while students are in the room so it's nice to know that this unit will shut off automatically. I did receive this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Halo 125- Excellent Laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I used the Fellowes Halo 125 Laminator to laminate quite a few pages I had planned to post around my classroom.
After reading and following the instructions, I turned on the laminator, which I immediately changed to the 3mil setting to work on and complete my task. I was impressed by the warm-up time frame at this setting- only 1 minute! My other laminator takes 4 minutes to warm up to begin laminating. When I changed the Halo 125’s setting to 5mil it took longer to reach such setting- 4 minutes.
The laminating was flawless- no bubbles or waves, except when I force-fed a page to be laminated, but this one was on me.
The auto shut-off is very helpful, and standard on newer laminators of different brands as well. It is a compact unit that does not take much space.
Overall the Fellowes Halo 125 Laminator is an excellent product that provides the quality I need for the materials I must laminate for work and personal use.

Love this Laminator!

Until this laminator, I laminated in bundles because of the time it took the laminator to heat up, the occasional difficulty opening pouches and the effort required getting the pouch to load with the right alignment. The Halo 125 is easy to use. The button to change mils is very sensitive to touch. The Fellowes pouches in the starter pack opened easily and were easy to load in the 12.5" opening. Heating up was fast - ready in just over a minute compared with other machines that take over 5 minutes. I especially like the large size capability and was able to easily laminate 11x17 sheets. I encountered no problems with pouches from other brands and like that the self-sealing pouches can also go through the machine, smoothing them out without heat. It has a slim design that fits on the desk and an automatic shutoff, making it quick and easy to laminate whenever the need arises. Awesome Laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many laminators for many things. This laminator is by far the best I have used. It heated up so quickly. I usually have to wait 3 to five minutes for my other one. I really appreciate the quick time so I can use it right when I need it without waiting. It laminated my item perfectly. It was so clear, and there were no bubbles. the large size is going to work great for my large documents. I also like the quick release switch. It's important to have that feature just in case. As a teacher, this product will be put to good use in my classroom. I would definitely recommend it. I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
