Love it!

Great laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Halo 125 is a great laminator. The heat time is much faster than our previous laminator. It laminates without wrinkles or bubbles and seals tightly so that you can trim close without the lamination separating. There is a jam release feature that hasn't been used since it hasn't jammed. There is a wire support in the back and an automatic shutoff. It laminates wider items than typical laminators of its size. It is easy to use and has a sleek appearance. I love the ability to laminate up to 12.5 inches and the jam release button in case something gets stuck. This product is very easy to use! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I eagerly anticipated receiving this product. I had a small laminator from another company that I am happy with, but I was looking for a change. When I first opened the box, the tape had been cut open and re-taped with a different type of tape. The box was in good condition and the set up was easy. I read through the instructions and set up to laminate the first project. Thankfully it was a test, so I didn't lose anything important. The machine indicated it was at the correct temperature, so I centered the pouch (per the instructions) and started it into the feed. As it was going through, I turned to talk to a family member in the adjoining kitchen. I turned back looking for the piece I laminated, but it was nowhere to be found. It had not come out of the machine at any point. I started a second piece, hoping to push the first one out enough to release it and pull it out. The second piece pushed the first out enough to grab a corner. It was hopelessly crumbled. The second piece didn't go completely in, but the release button wouldn't release it enough for me to pull it out while I held the release button. It took two people to pull out the second ruined piece. I don't know if the machine was defective, but I do know that it didn't work properly. I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Great Space-Saving Laminator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little laminator that really does the job! I especially like the sleek, low-profile design that allows it to be stored easily. When you are a teacher, storage space is at a premium, so this fits the bill! I am able to keep it conveniently at school to meet my frequent laminating needs!
