Love it. it is quiet and I love the anti-jam feature. I had a cheap shredder for many years which constantly jammed. I thought it was good till I got this shedder. I'm glad I chose to upgrade paying a premium price. Paying for quality has always been the right choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
