Nice and Strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch® Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape really is heavy duty. This stuff is strong and has tons of uses. I think it's a good idea to keep stocked in any junk or desk drawer. I used it to reseal a bag of soil, and it seems to have done a good job keeping it fresh. I've trusted it for multiple packages I've sent in the mail with no complaints yet. It's easy to tear using the dispenser, but make sure to keep the end piece to reattach to the end of the tape as to not lose it to the tape roll. It has a nice clear finish and sticks well. I'd recommend it.

Great, Wide Tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tape to secure envelopes and packages for mailing as well as boxes for moving rooms. The tape sticks great and is wide enough to cover needed areas. This is another great product from 3M!

Really is Heavy Duty

Doesn't get too caught up on the tape cutter piece and seems to do a good job sealing boxes without lifting around the corners. I did not receive any negative feedback on the couple of packages I sent in terms of poor packaging or things came undone. Only wish this was a bit bigger to handle more tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M sent me a free sample of this product to evaluate and I have to say it really lives up to its name. While they could have put more tape on the roll, I found that I didn’t need as much to seal a box as I did with previous products. The tape itself is clear and is ideal for covering address information that could easily smear if it got wet. It sticks well and can be removed fairly easily as well. The dispenser is a real bonus because it’s reusable and sharp to cut the tape - but not your hands. I really like it!

Tough stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3M packing tape is the sturdiest tape I’ve ever used. It was easy to get started on the roll. It comes with its own cutter so you don’t have to use scissors. I highly recommend this tape for your toughest packaging needs.

The BEST tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best packing tape! This is strong tape, but easy to handle. The dispenser is compact but very effective and easy to use. This tape is strong enough to tape cartons of books with just one strip! The adhesive on the tape really holds, unlike other packing tape it won't pull off when you least expect it. I received a sample of this tape and used it and another brand when packing up my daughter's old books. The Scotch brand tape was clearly superior. The other brand needed several strips to hold heavy loads, but the Scotch tape was more secure with a single strip. That saves time and money!
