[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape free from 3M to evaluate. I was out of my previous packing tape and this could not have come at a better time as I have packages to mail. I especially like that the tape is in a dispenser because it avoids that game of finding the end of the tape. Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape lives up to its name and stays stuck. I don’t have to wonder or worry if my packages hold together when I send them out.

This is tough tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this tape, Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape, at no charge from 3M for my use and review. I found the tape to be definitely heavy duty. The tape feels heavy and has a slick feel to the non-sticky side. It is sticky and adheres well to the cardboard box I've tested it on. I did find the tape to be thick enough that it was a bit difficult to tear with the enclosed dispenser. I would recommend this tape as it does the job of sealing very well.

Best Packaging Tape I've Ever Used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company recently sent me a free sample of Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape. I've used this tape for shipping packages, and they arrived at their destination totally intact. When I've used other brands, I did not always have the same result. It's also great for when you're organizing items in boxes for storage.

This tape is great, my packages are totally secure and I am confident that they will not come apart anyplace I have used this tape. I have also used it around the house and find it works well for anything I might need to tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M is Strongest tape I've ever tried. Easy to use and no waste.,secure hold. No need to double up. No difficulty with control of size and tearing. Hand slightly disabled and this was no problem for me.

Thicker than the average packaging tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company sent me a free sample of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape. The tape feels a bit thicker than other shipping/packging tapes I have used. It was easier to start the roll than any other I have used also, that part is usually a pain. I closed up a box about a week ago for storage in my garage and so far a week later it seems to be holding well.

Great holding power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape is strong. It holds up well. I used it to pack up a box of goodies to send to family out of town. It went on easily and the dispenser cut it cleanly and easily. My only complaint is it was extremely difficult to get started, or even find the beginning. It appears they tried to make this easy after I managed to get it, but it could be better. I would definitely get this again, however.

Easy and Sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so easy to get the tape going and it stays put under the tabby things so it doesn't restick to the roll. I used to close a very large container of powdered Gatorade in case it falls down I won't have to worry about the top coming off. Used for two returns and it worked great. Seems easier to use than the original
