Better off using scotch tape

I bought 5 rolls of packing tape. Wheres the adhesive? The only thing it sticks to is other parts of the tape.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Packing Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when we moved and i loved it.It held the boxes together and was easy for my younger children to use ages 10 and 8.It was perfect size to seal each box and stayed smooth after it was put on the box.I had many heavy boxes and never had a problem using this tape.i hope we are not moving anytime soon,i recommended this to my Mother N law since she is moving and she has LOTS of Antiques and she is using this as well and is really pleased with it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this brand for the last two years and have found it consistently excellent for all adhesive applications, including packaging, mailing, household general use, outdoor use, gardening applications, industrial applications and also as a hold-fast tape for odds and ends around my home. I personally use it often while scrap booking too and strongly recommend it to all quality conscious people. I feel its use once will more than satisfy the user and bond him/her as a lifelong user.

Mailing Packages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When ever you recive an order in the mail, save the foam peanuts. They will come in handy in the near future. I always keep a plastic garbage bag in a closet ready to be filled. When my grandchildrens birthdays or Christmas is near, I am ready to send their gifts on the way that will arrive unbroken. There is nothing better than Scotch High Performance packing tape to seal my boxes.
I moved recently and can honestly say the packing tape held up better than the expensive purchased boxes.

This is the best packaging tape in the world. Nothing beats it. It holds my packages shut whether they are shipped, moved or mailed. It is easy to work with and doesn't sliver when I use it. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. It's worth it for the quality and performance.

I've struggled with masking tape, brown paper and string, glue, various forms of tape, so I was quite pleased, as the years passed to discover Scotch(R) High Performance Packaging Tape. I have had no problems or complaints. This particular tape is also quite helpful when packing boxes around the house to store, move, or take to the consignment shop with items to sell. My only complaint is that Scotch(R) High Performance Packaging Tape wasn't available sooner--it would have certainly saved me a lot of time, headaches, and frustation!

My husband sends many packages & has a tendency to overdue it with packing tape. It's always been a joke in the house how much he uses. Your tape both enables my husband to feel secure that his package will reach its destination in one piece while I don't have to worry about the expense of him using just about a roll on every package.
