Powerful kitchen tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this approximately three months ago as my last one lasted over 10 years. I love this product. It is a high quality, powerful aid in the kitchen. I like that I don’t have to mix anything by hand anymore as my shoulders and back, can’t do it. I really find the bowl cover attachment handy as it allows you to add ingredients as the machine is mixing and diminishes the mess of flour poping out of the bowl when it’s mixing. If you have a baker in the family this is a wonderful gift.

Great for breads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it for my birthday! The Empire Red color is such a classic and I love it. I have been on a baking spree since and it makes baking so much simpler and enjoyable by doing a lot of the heavily lifting. I have made some high hydration doughs for breads and it did just fine, just make sure to not exceed 2 speed.
