My husband and I are so happy with our Lifepro sauna. I use it 3x a week along with the red light, and it has helped my mood. I feel better after every use. Knowing its also helping with detox is giving me peace of mind, too. Both of us have even passed parasites, due to the high heat, a bonus that we didnt expect but are happy about. The only thing I can complain about is the thermostat does struggle to stay at the temp I set it to sometimes, but its not really a problem because its still very hot and allows me to sweat a ton within just a few mins.

I feel amazing after every single use. Knowing I'm doing something incredible for my health makes me feel good! My wife and I use it together sometimes. Its not the most comfortable fit as it isnt meant to be a 2 person sauna but it works for us! I love that it has red light (and other colors too) and the bluetooth speaker is genius. I listen to meditiation music or podcasts every time. I start sweating within about 10-15 mins easily. It took about w hours to put the sauna together with my wife, not too bad. The quality is great. Very happy with this purchase.

Every time I use this sauna, I feel so grateful to have access to it, and im so pleased with the purchase. I know its doing wonders for my health. I have anxiety and depression and I always feel relief when I finish using it along with the red light. I have mercury toxicity and I know this is helping with detoxification. And a bonus? Ive seen actual parasites be passed after using it on multiple occassions now. Because of the high heat, it kills them. Im not even taking any anti-parasitic herbs. Just a binder afterwards (Pectasol). My husband and I can both use it at the same time (we are lean), not comfortably but it works. My only 'complaint' is that the thermostat can sometimes struggle to stay on the temperate I have set. But its still hot enough to easily break a sweat so it doesnt bother me too much.
