This has been a major improvement in reducing back pain from a herniated disc by allowing me to switch from sitting and standing intermittently throughout the day. Very easy to use, love it!
Love it. The reason I gave it a 4 star, is because I wish the lift cylinders were a little stronger. With 28"monitors, it is a little heavy to raise. I was in hopes that to lift and lower, it would be stronger and not as much strength needed. For someone with back issues or a small woman, I can see that it might be a problem. Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star.
This desk is awesome! I love the 2 monitor mounts. Gives so much flexibility with positioning. Definitely feel better standing more than sitting now. Pretty easy to raise and lower. Did scratch the top of the desk it sits on...but I'm ok with that.

Just to be clear, this is a review of the Mount-It! Electric Standing Desk Converter, located here:Mount-It! Electric Standing Desk Converter, Motorized Tabletop Sit Stand Desk With Dual Monitor Mount, Freestanding 28" Wide Platform. This is not the manual one. This is the best standing desktop converter I've ever used. I've used a couple manual converters at work, and this one is better than all of them. Here are some of my observations:Pros:1. Sturdy - I've set mine up with two 29" monitors, and it handles them without any problem.2. Silent - The motor that raises and lowers everything gives off just a faint humming sound. It's almost inaudible.3. Very well made - While I can't offer an opinion on the motor yet, everything seems to be made for long-term use.4. Heavy - The weight makes it extremely stable.Cons:1. This thing is REALLY heavy - This is both a pro and a con, by the way. The weight also makes it difficult to set up.2. Tightening the screws to keep the monitors from moving around is difficult.
