Iffy product, poor support

Not real pleased. The monitor attachment is not 90 degrees, it doesn't seem to be adjustable, there is no manual and the help bot is useless. Furthermore the clamp that attaches it is wobbly and will not fit many desks. It hasn't worked out for me, looking for other solutions elsewhere.

Quality mount. Made very well, and is very versatile. I like how many different positions each component can be moved to. I also really like the cord organization tabs. I would definitely highly recommend this mount to any one looking for something like this.

The arms only bend front to back, and are very short. Severely limits the possible layouts to basically what is pictured with monitor <> 27". Connections are wobbly/lose.

I am a designer and an artist with limited desk and studio space and I was looking to optimize the available space by getting my laptop and second display monitor off the table...the mount exceeds my expectations, it is well build, and very sturdy, the manual and instructions were easy to follow and the whole setup with everything included from unboxing to laying out the tools (included) to the final adjustments took less than one hour. I can strongly recommend this product to anyone who is working from home and in need of more available space ...FIVE BIG STARS!

The product came as described. The set up was easy and took about 10 minutes to put together. Wish there was a bit more adjustability but this already has so much.
