Awesome mount. For those who have mentioned that the TV is too high when hung from a high ceiling, we built and painted a wooden box that is attached to the ceiling of our patio cover. Now the viewing level is perfect and the TV is tucks out of view.

Quits working quickly

I used it three times perfectly and then it stopped. None of the recommended fix exes helped, even unwinding the belt and rewinding it.

Good but not great for a 10' ceiling height.

Great mount so far, installed it yesterday and works great.
Only issue for me is that for a high ceiling (roughly 10') the 65" TV doesn't hang low enough. I'm going to see if I can find an extension arm to lower it about 24"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a product that makes your house feel fancier than it was before! I enjoyed this and I like that it almost hides the TV when not in use. Allows for max use of all of your living room. It was a little bit of a process to hook up but we'll worth it

Each room had the best items hand picked and researched to make sure it is the best for our forever home. We ended up getting the Mount-It motorized ceiling TV mount with remote and app controller! Best decision! I want one in every room now. I love how easy it is with a touch of a button. It’s worth every penny. I can see my husband really installing one in every room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ceiling TV Mount was a good addition to my home gym. It is perfect for when I'm doing a yoga video or waking on my tredmill but can be put up and way when not in use. Installing the mount was fairly straightforward. Right now I have a smaller tv mounted but can always be upgraded. The mount folds the TV perfectly parallel with the ceiling keeping it out of the way when not in use. My biggest complaint is how slow it is when extending.
I would recommend this to a friend!
