Nothing but problems

WHEN the mower decides to work properly, its a great mower. However, I have had several issues with the mower since i bought it back in october. I have tried several times to contact support for help in troubleshooting and warranty but I cant even get anyone to reply to my emails.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't say enough about this mower. I've always been against electric, until today. This mower is a beast! With a ONE hour battery life and peak cutting performance this is worth every cent. It's easy to maneuver and has low noise pollution. The quality is amazing. You have a fan for life! I've already told all my followers about this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower just made my summer even better. I've been using an electric weed eater since 2018, which would take me all day to cut my yard. I finished my yard in 30 minutes. It's super quiet, so I can hear everything that's going on around me. The self propelled with the speed adjustment was heaven sent on my back and knees. I see no problems with the battery running dead if you have a normal size yard. I never had to go back over the same spot twice, and I let my yard grow tall so I could see how well it cut the first pass. The mower is a little on the heavy side if you have to pick it up, but other than that, I love this mower. I would recommend this product to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starting the mower is simple and sounds like a fan running. Quiet and easy to maneuver. Has a mulching piece and a piece to throw grass to the side. Mowed all of my yard and still had battery life. I love this mower and would recommend it .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cordless self propelled land mower is amazing. It is very light and easy to use. It comes with a chargeable battery. When we receive the product, it has only 1 bar battery and it pretty much did the job for our whole yard before the battery dies. It is also very safe to use. Unlike any other mowers you will no longer be using gas, instead an electricity.

The best mower in the market

This is my first battery operated mower, and I was skeptical how it would perform against the gas mower I've had for years. They don't come close! The ease of use is far superior. The adjustments on the level of grass make for a precise cut that cuts away at the time til your next mow. On top of that, it's visually stunning- and I've received so many compliments on the bundle of senix lawn tools I have.
