Run time is HORRIBLE

So 3 inches of light snow was so excited to use it and I will say it does work but the run time on the batteries is horrible full charge less that 15 minutes is a joke - I keep thinking back when we assembled it there was a pinched wire due the the way it was shipped and wonder.....I should have purchased a different brand

It's a little heavy but works great. I'm a 71 yr old lady with bad hips but it has helped make it work faster even my 12 yr old granddaughter loves it

Good Alternative to a Full Blown Snow Blower

I am really impressed with this shovel so far. I bought it to mostly do my back patio and surrounding few feet of lawn for my dog, and the front drive when needed. I live in a 55+ community and they remove snow over 2" in depth so some storms are on them, some on me.
The only reason for 4 stars is I wish this had a way to shift the direction of the snow from straight on. There are times it is a bit tricky to not send snow flying to an area I don't want it to go. Some of the competors had this option and it is missing on this one. I went with Senix for the reputation of the company so it was my decision, but now that I am using th shovel, I do miss that feature. Other than that, it is a solid machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful and able to manage a long run time in 5" of snow. Great on a wooden deck and stairs. A little more challenging when removing snow on a grass walkway. I had to hold the shovel at a very low level almost parallel to the ground. That was tough on my back. I wish there was an adjustment on the front skid to hold the shovel off the ground in this circumstance.

Great tool. Runs with plenty of time to do my sidewalk, the driveway, and a few paths to the back of the house. Without adjustable louvers you really need to pay attention to win direction to avoid coming back inside looking like a snowman. But this thing is a blast, just what I needed without the maintenance of a gas snowblower.
