Accepted delivery on November 19 2025. Today it snowed (November 30). Installed the fully charged batteries. Unable to get any power whatsoever from this machine. Contacted Best Buy for help. Was told "The seller is currently reviewing the details, and you can expect a resolution within 24 to 48 hours, or up to three business days."

Little power house

Bought unit to clear snow from decks. Used it 2x's. It has been eating through 3 to 4". It can throw snow over/thru 42" railing. It has been handling 6" to 8" packed snow that is sliding off metal roof onto decks. It's weight and size makes it very maneuverable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
