I usually do not buy machines like this though the internet, and I was lucky this time. Came with the bottom of box destroyed which I sent pictures of to Senix, And like others have said company does not respond to email. I guess only to phone calls. After checking machine was in good condition along with the charger and batteries, put it together, luckily all parts were there, nothing fell out the bottom. As for performance, recently had 6 inches of Medium wet snow, machine did a good job of getting through it, did a 10'X20' patio and 3/4 of a 70'X20' driveway before I had to change out batteries. I have one extra 8ah and 4ah batteries from their hand held blower I had bought. Finished up the driveway and helped out the neighbors clear the bottom of their driveway. Machine held up, nothing broke or cracked. I think snow has to be Fluffy and light for the blower to throw it 40', because in this snow it only threw it 15' and where it was wetter only about 5'. This may be normal for single stage snow blowers especially battery operated ones. Reason I got this is I'm getting to old to shovel and didn't want to deal with another heavy gas snow blower. This is best used on flat level driveways, mine is on an incline so getting it up the driveway takes a little work, but still beats shoveling. The motorized chute is a nice touch also. I just hope the company is more response of to customers, I don't know If they would have gotten back to me if I had had a real problem. Which is why if I do buy more from Senix it will be through retail. Wish I knew how to transfer pictures to the computer as you all could see how this machines condition at the time of delivery. Hopefully it holds up and they honor the warranty.
This is by far one of the easiest product to use that I have ever purchased. My decision to purchase this product was based on the features since I had recently had surgery and was on a 10 lb. weight limit and at a very high risk of a major medical situation if I over exerted myself ignoring my doctors orders. I worked directly with the company and they assured me that this would be exactly what I wanted and they were willing to ship it back if it wasn't going to work for me. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for something to allow you to remain independent and do your own snow removal as I am.
I bought this snow blower to replace a similar blower. It is much better made and has some nice features: electric shoot turning, heated handles. It is also much better made, and the battery life is very good. Just don't expect it to do too much. Having owned a single-stage blower previously I was expecting it to be a bit difficult to maneuvor, and not be able to attack heavy, packed, or deep snow. I find it good for cleaning the edges along the driveway to clean up what our plow guy can get. It doesn't do big jobs, but it sure beats shoveling walkways. I don't recommend it if you have a large driveway or a steep incline, or if you want to use it on grass.
Very impressed with the performance of this machine and the features. It even handled a 30" bank without stalling out, something a similar gas machine would never be able to do. The only reason I didn't provide five stars is that the battery life wasn't as good as hoped. I got about 20 minutes per use with the two batteries and I had to recharge to finish my two car driveway, walkway and sidewalk. If I can get a decent discount I'll probably look to buy an extra set of batteries. I will also say that the charger is very loud. Overall the machine is quite good and I'm happy with the purchase.
Easy To Use! The auger helps propel the machine forward. That makes it really easy for me to use it. Most single stage battery powered snowblowers do not do this. It also has the heated grip, which is really nice. I love the Electric shoot that you can adjust direction without having to stop and bend over to change it. Unit is well built and great battery life.
Unpackaged the x6 60v max snowblower. Easy to put together. Directions are very well understanding, and good photos step by step. Batteries charge time is 95 minutes just like it said. Haven’t had snow yet to try it out. I’m sure it will be fine.
