DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT GET THIS ONE!! It started having problems the first month I got it and now it doesn’t even work I’ve only had it for 3 months , it’s not worth the money it’s so expensive and doesn’t even work… I do not recommend.
I’ve maintained and clean it properly but even then it still burns out. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Just bought this machine about a week ago and I LOVE it !!! PERFECT size fits on my counter so nice and does not take up to much room. The COFFEE is absolutely GREAT ! Been trying all the kinds and have not found one that I do not like ! This machine is 5 ***** stars !!! Jus LOVE IT ! ❤️

I bought this a fortnight ago to replace a six year old original Vertuo that gave up. I love the looks of the POP+, and it makes great coffee, even if the mechanics of the brew are a bit akward after using the Vertuo. But I would like to remark that the machine sounds as though it struggles to work: it is relatively noisy compared to the Vertuo, and the hight of the spout is much lower, precluding use of the travel mugs we used previously.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic but could use at least one improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my new machine for the most part. Only one con so far. I can’t use any travel cups or even regular sized cups on the machine as it’s not tall enough. Makes it a little inconvenient since I generally fix my coffee in a to-go cup every morning before I leave for work. Now I have to put it into a small mug and then pour it into my to-go cup.
I love the pink color and how sleek it is. I haven’t figured out how to make it start brewing from my phone app yet but that’s not a big deal as I have to start the milk frother anyways.

Disappointed

I bought this a few weeks ago because I am moving into a smaller apartment and didn’t want to sacrifice counter space. I loved the fun colors and the size was perfect; however, it feels cheaply made and my coffee didn’t have the foam on the top like my very plus. I ended up returning and keeping my other machine. I just felt for the price it shouldn’t feel so cheap. The coffee still tasted good tho.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compact size is a plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great size machine for my college kid's apartment -- which has zero counter space. He's set it up on top of his mini fridge (the surface area is actually larger than his counter) and he loves how compact it is. It works exactly the same as the larger Vertuo Delux model that I have at home and there is no change in flavor or strength of the coffee.
I so prefer the size of this machine that when it's time for me to replace my Delux, I'm going for the Pop.
