No Bluetooth really

Thank you for your review. We understand you do not believe your Vertuo Pop Plus machine has Bluetooth technology. The Vertuo Pop Plus indeed has Bluetooth technology. When you login to our Nespresso app and pair your machine to the app, this is how your machine receives software updates via Bluetooth. If you’d like assistance pairing your machine, please call our toll-free number 800-562-1465 to speak with a Machine Expert, who will gladly assist you with these steps. Your machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. We look forward to assisting you with your Vertuo Pop Plus machine soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Nespresso coffee maker about a month ago. I am very glad I did. Nespresso coffee outdoes other coffees by a mile. Actually I am very surprised at the difference between Nespresso coffee and the others I have used. My favorite is Intenso.

New Nespresso Vertuo Pop+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] RIP our Covid-era Keurig. Who knew coffee was more than coffee? Apparently a lot of people. We purchased a new entry-level Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ and have been enjoying an elevated coffee experience. Pros: Simplicity, the crema and the variety of flavors and sizes. Cons: The manual opening/closing, the costs of the pods. We haven’t found our go-to variety yet but we’re enjoying the research.
