[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my machine. My favorite feature is being able to change the brew size directly on the machine or through the Nespresso app. I never get bored because there are so many pod options that try.

Worth the delicious coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I recently bought the virtual pop plus machine and we can’t go without a delicious cup of coffee every morning. It is small yet functional, which fits our space appropriately. The only thing I would caution is the amount of water and the container for used capsules is decently small so we have to switch out quite frequently. We anticipated this when we purchased, but overall the coffee machine is well worth it

Great Coffee, Poor Quality

Cute but poorly constructed

My machine started leaking after 2 weeks. Will be returning it and putting the 7-year-old machine back into service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Nespresso! but a little disappointed with Pop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several machines and am a big Nespresso fan. I am a little disappointed in the Pop with the fact that it offers 5 different coffee sizes including the 14 oz but yet doesnt allow for a larger cup including Nespresso own tall mugs (which I own!). I am also disappointed with the temperature. This does not heat the coffee nearly as much as other machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you’d like to enjoy a taller Nespresso beverage, you may visit us online, and view our capsule drawer. With your machine sitting on capsule drawer, you will be able to fit a taller glass/cup under the coffee outlet to enjoy a taller beverage. Needs to be a little taller

Just about perfect for everything it claims to do. Downside that brings this to a 4: This machine can brew 12oz pods which is great BUT its too compact so I can't place a 12oz cup under it. And if you want ice in that cup/mug then you're definitely out of luck. I need to place some coaster under it to give it a little more height until I can come up with a long term solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my original vertuo machine in the Palisades fire , and since I am in a smaller place after the fires I decided to get the smallest model to save counter space. So far I like it , it does the job and it's so compact !
