[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coffee is delicious with so many varieties. However, it is not hot enough and the machine is very loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We expect your Nespresso experience to be seamless and gratifying, Tricia. The pump in your new Vertuo Pop+ should produce less noise over time. The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. We also recommend running a cleaning cycle weekly and descaling with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules to keep your machine in peak operating condition and coffee tasting best. Descaling Solution and instructions are available on our website. Every Nespresso machine is covered under at least a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting support, so for additional assistance, please call 800-562-1465, and a Machine Expert will be happy to assist you 24/7.

My favorite thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a Mother’s Day gift last year and have used it nearly every day since. I absolutely love it! I had it gifted to both of my sisters and we call every morning while making our coffee. It’s super consistent and easy to use!

Yummy coffee, a little wider than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Nespresso pop. It makes great espresso and holds ~9 pods in its discard container. The water container is on the side of it though which means it takes up more room on my counter than I expected for a compact machine, but overall it’s still a good size for an espresso machine.

Awful functionality

I received a machine that was defective and kept spilling over the coffee into the back where the wires were. Got it replaced through the warranty problem and the second brand new machine also did the same thing. Not only is it dangerous and almost caused an electrical
