Our new travel machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently purchased the Vertuo Pop to take with us on ski trips and vacations in general. We have the standard size machine at home and love it! Now we can enjoy the delicious coffee when we’re away!

Very Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Get your earphones ready… this is my first Pop which replaced an older model Nespresso that I couldn’t keep running… this machine is so loud I leave the kitchen while it’s brewing… my daughter told me hers is just as loud. Great coffee as per usual but be warned, it’s like an airplane taking off.

We expect your Nespresso experience to be seamless and gratifying, Vivian. The pump in your new Vertuo Pop should produce less noise over time. The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. We also recommend running a cleaning cycle weekly and descaling with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules to keep your machine in peak operating condition and coffee tasting best. Descaling Solution and instructions are available on our website. Every Nespresso machine is covered under at least a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting support, so for additional assistance, please call 800-562-1465, and a Machine Expert will be happy to assist you 24/7.
