Enjoying this very much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine brings an added touch of joy to my mornings lately. I love everything about it except one thing - the open/close lever feels a little cheap and stiff each time I use it. This doesn't take away from my overall coffee experience, though, so I still want to give this five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using a different brand of coffee machine for so long and switched to Nespresso coz my daughter told me to try it and I was so amazed how the coffee came out uniquely and differently ! All worth the change😉😊we love the vivido coffee with B12 and the caramel too

Great addition to the lineup

I asked him soon after giving it to him and said it was the best gift I ever gave him.I’ve had a the standard machine for years now and couldn’t be happier. The new pop is great is space is an issue ofr maybe something to take along on trips!

Your Vertuo Pop+ machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options available via our Assistance Service Program, even after your machine is out of warranty. We recommend calling us to speak with a machine expert to have your machined viewed via a video chat. We’re available 24/7 by phone.
