[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nespresso machine is so easy to use and makes really good coffee/espresso. All you have to do is pop the pod in and let it do its thing. Also I love the way this machine looks.

My Office Best Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Pop for my desk at work. The smaller height and quality are perfect for this usage. I like that the water reservoir is big enough for brewing multiple capsules before needing to refil. The blue color adds a nice "pop" of joy. It is a little loud but that isn't a big deal for me. I highly recommend this system if you are looking for the ability to enjoy Nespresso in a smaller space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought during Black Friday sale. Overall I’m very happy. I did notice it is slightly louder than my previous Next machine, though I suspect this is because it is smaller.

Defective Since Day One

Machine defective since day one. Completed all troubleshooting, resets, and cleaning as instructed. Nespresso support was unhelpful and unwilling to replace a machine that is less than a month old. Very disappointing experience for a premium brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
