These are a must if you are going wireless. Sound is great, fit is perfect and actually I forget I even have them in. Pairing with my iPhone is effortless! Love the charging case.

Truly convenient and practical

The professional reviewers did not exaggerate how well the Apple AirPods work with Apple products (I'm "all in" with Macs, iPhones, iPads and an Apple Watch). No more slow "re-pairings" or sudden disconnections (or mysterious reconnections to other devices): The wireless connection just works, and switching from one device to another is painless (e.g., I can just click in the menubar of my MacBook to move the connection from the phone to the laptop). Wearing an Apple watch is a plus, because it's a convenient way to adjust the volume (otherwise you either have to take out the phone or work through Siri, neither or which is particularly convenient).
The sounds quality is fine, but I don't care all that much about the fine details of the audio envelope: Once I'm engrossed in the music or the conversion, the minutiae of audio quality tend to be entirely unimportant.
I was a bit worried that the pods would not stay in me ear well, because the wired EarPods that come with iPhones regularly bounce out of my ears. That's not been the case at all though. Even strenuously showing snow outside did not bounce them out. (I've read that it's often the stiffness of the wires that cause the problem.)
Anyway, these are highly recommended. Considering the convenience and the quality, the price is actually remarkably competitive.
