from Coquitlam,
I really like my new printer, I've only had it for a short time. I've scannned some photos and they came out very clear and true colour.. The only problem I've had is with the loading tray for sheets, it's dificult to pull out and close. Otherwise it's great..

Purchased this approx 6 months ago. Works as well or better than many higher priced printers.
Takes some getting use to re paper settings, but once set up, no issues.
Cartiridges costly but last quite a while...get decent quality printouts.

strange grounding requirements

Canadian approval obviously felt that the chassis should be grounded, since the printer connects to the telephone network and to the Local Area Network in many uses. Rather than use a grounded power cord or even a polarized cord, they chose to provide a third wire to be attached to the chassis and pushed in to the ground connection on the electrical outlet. I found this unacceptable design and returned what would otherwise have met my requirements.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago for my artwork. It is an amazing printer. I have had no trouble feeding 65 lb card stock through the back feeder. I can load at 5 sheets without any jamming issues. The colors are vibrant and clean. They resemble close to my watercolor artwork. The screen is bright and easy to use - especially good for me as I have poor eyesight. I am very pleased with this purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace a, not very old, Canon TS9120 which stopped printing without warning ! This version uses the same ink, which I had a lot of, so I decided to repurchase a Canon. So far, all is fine printing-wise and the TR7620a, contrary to the TS9120, does not constantly "drop" the network connection. Wait for price drops as this printer is a good all-in-one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Experiential with it a couple of times...okay so far.

You pay for what you get easy set up but lasts less than a year I have printers under warranty piled up. Cannons issues are burnout. And ink cartridges that explodes ( original only) my printers just burn out. From over use. That’s when I switched to Epson then Epson had its fair share of continuous issues with drivers and incompatibility with Apple. Whereby cannon was always online never an issue there!!
