I was sent a new set of lights, and that 2nd set does not connect or turn on either. I was told I'd get a refund. I love all your lights. I have my house lights on every night. I change them monthly, if not more often and with the seasons, absolutely love our landscaping lights. It transformed our backyard at night. I have three sets illuminar landscaping, but I cannot get the third set to work.

These lights are great, until they aren’t. I’ve owned multiple strands of these over the course of a couple years. When they’re working, best lights on the market. Unfortunately, each strand have only lasted up to 1 year. I have a set of 2 lights and I didn’t even get a year out of them.

Got two sets of these and love them. The brightness control is great and integration with other Govee products is a breeze. Two suggestions/wishes: would love for these to be able to tether instead of needing to be individually plugged in. Better yet do these like low voltage lighting where you lay the line and then place your spots where you want them. I placed these in my landscaping and had to move them around quite a bit to get the most out of them.
