Love this Tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using it to repair older photo albums to pass on to my family! Easy to write on and great quality. Nice stick to repair the bindings! It's terrific! I can see many more things to use this for around the house, I like having it on hand!

Holds on a variety of surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free roll of 3M Heavy Duty Colored Duct Tape to evaluate. I used it to secure the lid on a plastic container of liquids that I was throwing away to be sure it didn’t leak in the trash can. I also used it on a canvas tote bag with handles that had been cut off. The tape held securely on both the plastic and canvas. The only problem I encountered was difficulty in tearing the tape without partially cutting it with scissors which is the reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect solution!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a portable air conditioning unit that has to be vented out a window. The flexible hose on the portable unit has a habit of not staying secure in the window exhaust housing. The 3M Heavy Duty Duct Tape provided the perfect solution. It keeps the flexible hose secure AND the white tape blends in with both the flexible hose and the window exhaust housing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a promotion from 3M and it was awesome!!! I used it many times when my daughter got married. It saved many boxes from "busting" open! Definitely a life saver. I would say if you need a guarantee hold to get this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample roll in exchange for my review. I liked that the packaging states that it is Heavy Duty and that it shows that the adhesion amount is a 4 on a scale of 1 to 6. I also like that this product is available in different colors. The instructions I received with the free sample roll states that it is easy to tear. I agree. I was able to tear off a piece of the tape with my hands and scissors where not necessary. The instructions also state that is for INDOOR USE ONLY. The packaging does not state for INDOOR USE ONLY. For the consumer to make a better educated purchase, I think that the words "INDOOR USE ONLY" should be added to the packaging.

Great multipurpose tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3M™ Heavy Duty Colored Duct Tape is great multipurpose multisurface heavy duty duct tape. It has nice thickness and adhesive that sticks to about everything. Works well on small and large projects alike. I used it to temporary fix my broken kitchen trash can lid that keeps falling off and has held up well since. I also used it on other small projects and does a good job at having things stick back together and holding things up. I can foresee many uses with this and great to keep on hand for those just in case moments and does better job than most tape and glues at fixing things. I received a sample on behalf of 3M to review and my opinions are my own.

Strength and Durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this 3M Heavy Duty Duct Tape free in lieu of an honest opinion. This review is 100% my own opinion. I was highly impressed with the durability and consistency of this duct tape. I used it on a minor leak i had in my bathroom under my sink. It had strength and stamina to patch a leak until i was able to call a plumber. I've definitely recommended this product to my family and friends.
