Perfect for packing heavy items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how strong the adhesive is on this tape. I helped my friend move and she had 10 bookcases of heavy books to package. We were able to pack up the cardboard boxes easily. The tape was secure and I did not need to add multiply layers. We used a section of tape to label each box with black marker and it was easy to see. I would definitely recommend this product!

Very strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this heavy duty tape on a recent trip in our travel trailer. The door to our water heater popped open while we were driving. We could not get it to stay closed. My husband put a piece of the 3M Heavy Duty black duct tape on it. It stuck tight and kept the door closed the rest of the trip, over railroad tracks and around mountain roads. We are very pleased with the strength and the way this lasts.

Nice flexibility and adhesive strength

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the duct tape on a metal bar, glass door, plastic drawer, and cardboard box. I like the white color option, adhesive strength, and flexibility that conforms to the substrate. It is less tacky on my fingers and less thick than expected, yet is quite durable and can be stretched for a good seal. I did not find it easy to tear vertically and horizontally so used scissors for a clean cut. In all, it is useful as multipurpose tape, with qualities I found unique for a duct tape.

Fine, but not outstanding, duct tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I was provided this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
This is very sold duct tape. I wouldn't say it's better than any other brand of duct tape out there. I did try this duct tape to patch up some padding around an in-ground trampoline and found that it did not adhere very well out in the elements of the backyard (sun and water from the sprinklers). I did use some Gorilla duct tape and that seemed to perform a bit better. But this duct tape has been fine for more common, regular use, such as securing some cabling to the wall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M's heavy duty duct tape does the job it's meant to do. It doesn't feel super heavy duty, but it is super sticky. I like that I can tear the tape easily and not have to use scissors. I would recommend this.

Great Stick, but not too much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M Heavy Duty Colored Duct Tape is very easy to apply. It has an Industrial Strength Adhesive that sticks well, but is easy to remove if you need to make adjustments to your application. I used it to repair/replace the hinge on an antique 3.5 inch Diskette holder that I use to store USB charging cables. It stretches slightly and conforms easily to curves and uneven surfaces. It is easy to tear, but I prefer to use scissors. (Turn the scissors upside down to keep the tape from sticking when you cut.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked how easy it was to tear the tape. I am not sure that I would ever use the amount of this product, since it is limited to indoors use. At present have not found any applications to give the tape a good test.
