Large Barrel Heat Curls For Days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed trying out this SinglePass Curling Iron in barrel size 1.5. I prefer a larger sized curl for my hair, and this lovely ceramic large capacity curling iron delivered just that! Its box and packaging looked futuristic and fancy, and I was excited to try the product before I even opened it. I can say, then, I am not a novice to curling irons, so the before reading the instructions, I just plugged it in and tried to get started to be able to use it; but my surprise, it wasn’t exactly user-friendly, and I did end up, resorting back to the instructions that it came with. Unlike all of the other curling iron, that I’ve tried in the past, this one does not have buttons to turn it on to give it power or to operate the level of heat. Instead, there’s a little gear that you twist at the bottom that’s very discreet and at first glance you can’t tell it’s there. I looked all over, trying to see if I was missing the on/off switch, but couldn’t find one and the instructions are what led me to find the hidden heat gauge. I can say that I did not feel that this product was very user-friendly, even for someone like that typically uses a curling iron or straightener every single day. I personally like the heat to be too low or too high, because I find that if it’s too low, my hair will not hold its curl, but also if it’s too high, it only seems to fry and damage my hair with unnecessary amounts of heat, so I typically choose a mid range temperature. For some reason, I would power this on with One to two clicks, expecting it to go up with heat intensity, and it would automatically shoot it from level one all the way to the very top heat, I spent quite a bit of time fighting with this product, trying to get the temperature gauge to go down to mid range by clicking it in the opposite direction, but it would shoot it back down and turn the item off. I’m not sure if my item was defective, or if I just couldn’t figure out how to make this item work properly, but after arguing with it for several minutes, I finally got it to the mid range where I wanted it to be; but I can say that it was noticeably a hassle. as for the curling iron itself, I can say that it is a ceramic barrel, and it was beautifully coated; my hair released effortlessly, after the use of heat protectant spray. The barrel size worked perfectly for me, and my surprise, it did not leave an indentation like most curling ions do when you use the little thumb clip to hold the hair. Usually to avoid this, I don’t use the clip at all, and just wrap my hair directly around the barrel itself; I tried to curl my hair, using both methods one, wrapping it directly around the barrel, and two using the thumb clip before wrapping it around the barrel to hold it in place. I was happily surprised to see that I could not tell the difference in the Kerle, and can offer that both curls held up to the task of a busy day, in Oregon coast weather with pretty extreme winds and cold, some drizzly weather conditions; and even being smashed under a rain jacket hood, it still kept its volume, and the shape of the curl. I was most pleased about that! That night I went to bed and did not wash my hair before bed, intending to shower the next morning, I was surprised to see that my curls were still, and when I finger combed through them, I was able to get an entire day of curls the next day as well. I can say that this product works very well. I have mid-back long hair, that I treat for styling almost daily. my hair is no stranger to curling irons, and I can say aside from fighting with the dial to get it to a mid range heat, this product really does work, and offers long lasting loose curls that literally bounce for days! This is a product line that I would love to try more from, and intend on putting more time into trying to adapt to the unique on/off heat degree features. I really want to love this product, but because it was so difficult to operate I can only give it three stars, but because I finally did get to use it at the range of heat that I felt comfortable for my hair and the curls were long lasting, I can say that it’s a product I would be happy to try again or different products from their line, and it really does work as intended.

Too much heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and ease of use of this product however, the results were not pleasing! I used the iron at half heat and the smell of burning hair was noticed right away although I only left my hair wrapped around the iron for a few seconds, although the heat seemed extreme there was very little wave at all to my hair. I was bothered by the burning smell for several minutes after using the iron. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this product.

Excellent hair curler

Adjustable and wuick use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how you can adjust the temperature of this curler: you can use the most subtle heat to create a looser curl or q moderate heat to obtain a bouncy look. This size of barrel is just perfect to achieve a wavy look.

Long lasting curls

This is my first time trying any product from the T3 brand and I was very impressed by the quality and outcome. I typically use my Dyson airwrap for hair styling, but have started using this iron when I want long lasting curls. These curls stay in my hair all day, typically with the Dyson they fall by the end of the day and my hair is straight again. Product heated up quickly and was comfortable to use. I would definitely recommend these products to my friends and family.

This curling iron has 9 heat settings to adjust the temperature as per hair thickness and texture. The Best curling Iron!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic curl iron. I love the long barrel and it’s work great.The smoothness is incredible. Doesn’t get any hair stuck in the barrel, hair glides smoothly, heats up very quickly, and creates beautiful curls and holds all day. I have a lot of long black hair and it works like a dream. I also use it on my daughter who has thick black hair and I use it on setting 2 or 3 depending on the style we are going for and it works really well.I recommend 100%!!!
