Simple Home Efficiency Improvement

From the time the box was opened to when the Nest began controlling my AC unit was less than 30 minutes. The product is incredibly easy to install. I like being able to have more information available about my surroundings and home energy savings/usage. This product sets the standard for smart thermostats.

This is my second nest thermostat. I recently moved and left my original nest thermostat in my previous house. New house had a Trane WiFi based thermostat but it had to go. Installed new nest and am loving it.

Super easy to install - this is my second thermostat that i have installed and it went even better than that last time i set it up. No issues whatsoever. Sleek, aesthetic, nice new interphase, nice that it lights up when you walk buy. Works well with nest app.

The Nest thermostat is a great product and I am beginning to set my home to a Smart home. I enjoy that I can control my home from a push of a button or app. However, I think the wiring instructions should be easier than explained.

Nest works with my local utilitie company SRP TO ENROLL to get $25 every summer for them to control my Thermostat for just 1 hour a week. The upfront cost was little expensive, however there is no monthly service fees and feel comfortable Google will be around for a long time to provide support for their product. One con is that that their technical support is OVERSEAS.

I strongly recommend the Nest Learning Thermostat for ypur home especially if your current thermostat is outdated. I purchased my home a year ago and had an old needle thermostat which I found it impossible to get the temperature at a comfortable level and my energy bill was close to $200/month. After installing the Nest I immediately saw huge changes in my energy bill paying $68/month average.
