Easy to install, easy to use and looks great!

We bought this Nest thermostat about 3 months ago with the intention of upgrading our older digital thermostat. The old one was cumbersome and difficult to set parameters with, even though it appeared very basic. The Nest was very easy to install (took me less than 20 minutes from start to finish) and set up. The mobile app is very convenient and the Nest is well built.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have an upstairs and downstairs Nest thermostat. I did my research before buying. Everything is 5 out of 5 stars, especially the ease of installing them myself, and the ease of use with everything on the Nest app, and my Echo 5.

New Nest Thermostat

Bought this to upgrade a working Honeywell thermostat. Slowly bringing the house into the 21st Century. Was very pleased with the thermostat so far. Had an initial installation hiccup that was solved by the support team. Now it is heating the home very quickly and we are anxious to see if it learns our habits and saves us any money

Great thermostat

OK so I purchased this thermostat from a with a recommendation from my HVAC man you said he had one in his home and he absolutely loved it I purchased it the next day tried to hook it up could not do it myself I'm not very Tech savvy I call him he talked me through it got hooked up probably within the hour

Great upgrade

We bought the nest to replace a programmable thermostat that kept randomly changing its program. The nest was easy to install with an interactive step by step guide. We did have to contact customer service with questions and they were great. The unit is beautiful and easy to use. The app is also easy to use. My only complaint is that the temperature is not accurate, reading 2 degrees higher.

Awesome thermostat

I got this thermostat because we are repainting and our other one was old and just dingy looking, so we wanted an upgrade. Decided on the nest! Found it super easy to install, app is very informative. even told us our humidity was high within a few hours of being installed. I didn't even know it read humidity, so that was a cool surprise! Definitely is a upgrade towards a more modern home.

Nice technology

After 22 months, my Nest gen 3 stopped working because the battery was not being charged. Support said that I needed to install a COM wire. That fixed the problem. However, I think that should have been in the original instructions, rather than waiting for the device to fail.
