I have the nest

Being a disabled person I was having difficulty changing the heat on my thermostat whenever the sun started going down. My son suggested I get the nest so that I could easily handle it from my smartphone. My son Installed for me and show me how to use it and I cannot at all look back. What a wonderful product. You would not regret changing your current thermostat with the nest. Enjoy

Free replacement

A few weeks ago my Nest Thermostat went off line. I went through all the trouble shooting steps but was still not able to get it back on line. I call Nest customer service and was quickly advised I would get a new Thermostat replacement. I received it promptly and set it up again. Works great.

Replacing my old thermostat

I purchased this thermostat through my Electric Company- BGE. My house uses both electricity and gas. My existing thermostat was out of date and desperately needed an upgrade. I chose to go with Nest because of the reviews and my sister had one. My only fear was that I wouldn’t be able to install it because my family and I just bought the home and “fixing things” just seemed intimidating.

Cool technology and useful product

The idea of a smart thermostat was silly to me at first. After a few months of owning, it is truly a useful piece of technology. I love being able to control the temperature from multiple venues. I really appreciate the learning aspect- it will pay for itself! It is fun to see our data and I appreciate the heat kicking in before I even walk through the door.
