I was broken between the (echo-bee) and the nest. I’m glad I chose to go with the nest because it has made my life easier in so many ways. Energy efficient, great looking, easy to install, and worth the money. Just get It already !

Not only does it work as advertised but once you get it in and running you can forget about it. It takes care of itself. I do love the outside weather showing up when I walk by. If you do need to change a setting it's easy to do on screen it in the app. I do prefer the app. Don't even have to go to the thermostat. Also, with the integration it completes a smart home beautifully.

Works great (when it works)

I've owned one for a year and a half. It recently started turning the heat on at crazy times and not turning it off. Woke up feeling hot, checked the thermostat which was set to 70, and it was 85 degrees in the house! Luckily it was still under warrantee, so google replaced it for free and the replacement seems to be working great.

I am thrilled with my nest learning thermostats. I love the way they look and how easy they are to use. I especially love speaking to my google assist to put them in eco mode on the way out the door or at bedtime.
