had tons of support from my relative who is a hvac rep. He is very familiar with the Nest products and installed both my camera and the thermostat. am a bit overwhelmed by all it can do, so I am still learning myself and gaining confidence day by day. hopefully it will last longer than my old Honeywell thermostat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this product, the interface is well thought out and works very well. Easy to install, easy to setup, and so far, I'm really happy with it. I wished it had better reporting for use but so far, I'm still learning the ropes.

Have been extremely happy with my Nest. When traveling I can turn the AC up or make sure it is. When away from vacation home, I don’t have to worry if I turned it up because my phone let’s me see the setting. Nest is a money saving device I just need to learn more about the memory feature.

We got this to upgrade from a pretty old thermostat that just wasn’t up to par. This has highly exceeded my expectations. First it’s so nice! Sleek and very easy to install. It is eco friendly, learns our habits and adjusts itself accordingly, very user friendly, can be adjusted through my phone and also when away from home. What I love most is how AMAZING their customer service is!
I would recommend this to a friend!
