Wifi stopped working after a week

Had to send the product back and get a refund since they did not have the same color in stock

Super Easy

The installation is incredibly easy, just make sure to use the comparability too on Nest.com to get a wiring diagram. The setup is super easy as is connecting to the app. The nest is truly a smart product in every aspect.

Having a smart thermostat will definitely save you money in the long run, the nest is one of the best that requires very little to setup, easy to use & so far I have never had any issues with my thermostat, I've even upgraded to each new model as they have come out

My son has this thermostat and loves it. Ours was a gift from him. He installed it. It has worked perfectly, easy to use app. Very happy. Best features are the app and eco mode turns down thermostat when I leave. Make sure phone’s WiFi is on or it won’t know you’ve left.

New to nest

We have had the best learning thermostat for about 3 days. The install was done by professionals. The set up was done by me-not very computer literate. YouTube helped because other than learning how to get the app there were no directions as to how to control the thermostat with my phone. I figured it out then it was super easy. I'm just concerned about hackers..

Easy Install, Excellent Documentation

I did the install. The install doc & video were very accurate, thorough & comprehensive. The steps to install were complete & easy to follow. When complete, everything functioned accurately (thermo on the wall, Nest web interface & iPhone App). The internal level is a really nice feature! This is my 4th Nest thermostat, all functioning w/out issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!
