So far I have been very happy with this product. I like the way it looks, it's easy to use and keeps everyone comfortable. Watching the next few energy bills to see a positive change.

Highly recommend if you want to save on your heating and air bill. It’s so easy to learn how to use.
Very clean look on the wall. No issues with recommendations of install as well.

Not the greatest, smart is not always better

The Nest does not have enough manual control if you don't like the pre-programing it comes with. For example, you can't simply turn on and off the circulating fan without going through many programming clicks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple and easy to forget

Great addition to your home. Let's you know what you are really using energy wise, in addition to allowing you the flexibility to make adjustments when your away from home. I am purchasing a unit for additional family members so they can save. You really do save a ton on energy costs.

The thermostat is beautiful and so easy to install. It’s much more accurate than our previous outdated thermostat. The app is handy when you aren’t sure what you set the temp to and need peace of mind to check. Using the app it learns when we are home and at work. Even when I haven’t lowered the temp, it does it for me. Such a cool product! We plan to purchase the Nest Doorbell next!
