Suggest a surge protector be installed

Second nest thermometer. Had to replace the first one that according to electrician kept thinking there was a nonexistent wire. That caused first thermometer to malfunction. Replaced with a second one ( third gen.) and it works well. Electrician put in a surge protector as he says these thermometers work well but have very sensitive wiring.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the Nest thermostat. We use it in our vacation home, and I turn the heat on when I leave to drive to the house. An hour and 15 minutes later the house is at 68º, and I can control it all from my phone. I am considering a second unit to run the air conditioner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our electrician installed the thermostat, and it was very easy to install the Nest mobile app and then add the device to our IRIS home system. Great product.

The Nest Thermostat is one of my new favorite home tools. It saves energy and makes it easier to control the house's temperature without a hassle. The app keeps updated and help me manage my home from afar. I'm a Nest fan for life now.

Everyone wants to lower your utility bills this product help you do that. Turn it at the setting when you leave the house, Control it just before you get home. Keeps track of your saving compare to your neighbor, If you have kids or someone likes to turn the A/C or heater Up or Down you can lock them out . Love this product plan to buy more for my Business.

After living with the "old" technology, I decided to try out the Nest. I'm still learning new things about it however it is great to be able to control the temperature wherever I am. I live in the desert and travel quite a bit in the summer, so this is going to save me quite a bit!
